Project Overview
Dos Combine is a professional services holding company bringing accounting, legal, and HR together under one connected ecosystem. What started as a rebrand for ABM became something much bigger. As the business grew, so did my role — from defining the identity of one company to shaping how an entire family of brands could live together.
The challenge became less about creating individual brands and more about creating a system where each one could feel distinct, while still belonging to the same world.
One
Unified
Brand
2026
Brought the businesses together under one parent company, creating the structure that could support the ecosystem as it continued to grow.

Strategic Expansion: Legal Services
2023

The Foundation
Rebrand
2021
Modernized ABM's identity to create a more credible, confident foundation for what the business could become.
the evolution
What started as a rebrand for ABM slowly became an exercise in thinking beyond a single brand.
As new businesses entered the picture, I started thinking about them less as separate companies and more as characters within the same world.
Who is ABM? Who is Archer? Who is MYKO? What do they have in common? Where should they differ? And how can each one have a personality of its own while still feeling like part of something bigger?
That thinking became the foundation for the brand architecture, naming, identities, and visual language that followed.
Connected, Not Identical
Each company has its own personality while feeling part of something bigger.
Built for Growth
Designed to evolve as new businesses join the ecosystem.
Clarity Through Simplicity
Reducing complexity through thoughtful systems.
Human by Design
Professional without feeling corporate.
the Ecosystem
As the business expanded, I started thinking about the brands as people rather than simply businesses.
If ABM, Archer, and MYKO were neighbours, who would they be?
What would they have in common?
Where would they differ? What would make each one recognizable?
This became the creative exercise behind the ecosystem.
The goal wasn't to make every brand match. It was to create enough common ground that they felt like they belonged to the same community — while giving each one a reason to exist on its own.
brand architecture
Rather than creating another collection of standalone brands, the goal was to design a structure that made the businesses feel connected while allowing each one to maintain its own identity.
Dos Combine became the shared foundation.
A system was created around the idea that the brands could speak to one another without having to look the same — giving each business room to grow, evolve, and develop its own personality.

Design Principles
colour strategy
Colour became one of the ways the ecosystem could feel connected without looking identical.
The shared neutrals create common ground — professional, grounded, and considered — while each brand introduces its own colour personality.
The result is a visual system that feels related, but never repetitive.

ABM was where the ecosystem began.
The goal wasn't to completely reinvent the business, but to evolve it into something that felt more established, more confident, and ready for where the company was going.
ABM became the foundation character of the ecosystem — credible, capable, calm, and experienced.
The identity needed to communicate precision and professionalism without feeling cold or overly corporate.
The Foundation Rebrand
Modernized ABM's identity to create clarity, credibility, and a stronger foundation for growth.

the next character
Archer was created as the legal arm of the ecosystem — but it needed to feel like more than an extension of ABM. When naming the brand, I wanted something that carried a sense of old-school knowledge and expertise, but with a modern, slightly tech-forward edge.
Archer felt like the right balance.
It has history and precision built into the name, while “Archie” gives it a more approachable, human side. From there, I started thinking about Archer as a character: the knowledgeable neighbour who knows what he's doing, keeps things sharp, and brings a different energy to the street.
The identity was built around that balance — precise, professional, confident, and modern, without losing personality. Strategic expansion:
legal services
Introduced Archer to bring legal services into the ecosystem through a brand that could stand confidently on its own while complementing the existing business.

expanding the world
MYKO expanded the ecosystem into HR and payroll — a different service, with a different audience and a different personality.
Rather than forcing the same identity across every brand, I used the ecosystem as a framework: shared foundations, different expressions.
MYKO could feel more human, approachable, and relationship-driven while still belonging to the same world.
strategic expansion: HR & payroll
Created MYKO HR to extend the ecosystem beyond accounting, giving clients another natural point of connection as their businesses and teams grow.

the world around them
As the ecosystem grew, it needed something to bring everything together.
Dos Combine became the connective layer between the brands — bringing people and systems together in one place, while giving each business room to maintain its own personality.
The identity is built around balance: structured enough to create clarity and consistency, but human enough to feel approachable and connected.
One foundation. Many possibilities.
The result is a parent brand that supports the businesses beneath it without overpowering them — creating a system that can grow, evolve, and make room for what comes next.
